Dice onions. Lay out 2 pieces of roulade. Sprinkle with salt pepper and garlic powder. Then place on diced onions and top with 2 strips of bacon. Roll up the roulade and place a toothpick through each end. Place on frying pan at 350°. Brown all sides. Pour wine over each roulade, cover and turn down to 300°. Cook for 2 hours. Check to make sure there is liquid in the pan. If it is low just add water. Make gravy out of the juice and serve with sides of your choice.
