  • 2 2lb Hungarian Style Goulash
  • 4 6oz Smoked Porkchops
  • 8 4oz Pork Cutlet for Schnitzel
  • 8 3oz Veal Cutlet for Schnitzel
  • 2 4pc packages Knackwurst
  • 1 3lb Boneless Pork Roast
  • 1 4 pack Octoberfest Brats
  • 2 4pc packages 4oz Beef Rouladen ​​​​​​

    Rouladen Recipe


  • Rouladen meat (4)
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Garlic Powder (optional
  • Onion
  • 8 strips of bacon
  • Toothpicks (2 for each roulade)
  • Electric frying pan
  • Wine (Any kind will work; I use dry wine)
  • Instructions

    Dice onions. Lay out 2 pieces of roulade. Sprinkle with salt pepper and garlic powder. Then place on diced onions and top with 2 strips of bacon. Roll up the roulade and place a toothpick through each end. Place on frying pan at 350°. Brown all sides. Pour wine over each roulade, cover and turn down to 300°. Cook for 2 hours. Check to make sure there is liquid in the pan. If it is low just add water. Make gravy out of the juice and serve with sides of your choice.
